In the heart of the village of Chignin, in Savoie, dominated by its towers and steep slopes, Anne-Sophie Quénard and her father, Jean-François, cultivate their vines with a deep respect for this mountain terroir. Attentive and discreet winemakers, they tend their plots like a living garden: observation, respect for the soil, and simple techniques guided by experience passed down through generations.

In the cellar, the same philosophy prevails: to accompany rather than shape, allowing the purity of the fruit and the natural precision of the Savoyard grape varieties to express themselves.

Their wines, precise, fresh, and authentic, reflect the personality of the estate: a humble, demanding work deeply rooted in the land of Chignin.

Location : Chignin

Area : 16 hectars

Soils : Clay-limestone, limestone scree and moraine

Grapes : Jacquère, Roussanne (Bergeron), Roussette (Altesse), Mondeuse, Persan

Use of vineyard : organic farming (Ecocert 2021) with tilling of the plots using a plow or tracked vehicle (chenillette) and manual harvesting.

Vinifications : indigenous yeasts, natural fermentation without additives, aging in vats / 300 and 600 liter oak barrels / terracotta amphora / concrete eggs depending on the vintage, light sulfiting at bottling.
